With reference to previous correspondence

terminating with Your Lordship's confidential telegram

No: 54 of the 1st August, 1930, regarding the transfer of the Wireless services of this Government to Imperial

and International Communications Limited, I have the

honour to forward herewith twelve copies of the draft

Agreement as settled between Air Commodore Blandy and

myself. It is recognised that the document cannot

necessarily be considered to have taken final shape,

and that variations may be called for after discussion be

between Air Commodore Blandy's principals and Your

Lordship's advisers.

2. The printed draft was considered by my

Executive Council on the 18th instant and approved

subject to the following additions. -

(i) The insertion of a reference to royalties

in Article 11 dealing with Radio Telephony.

(11) The addition of a reference to gratuities

as well as pensions in Article 13.

(iii) The addition of the words "or whether

this Agreement is in force or not" to

Article 25.

These changes have been enfaced in red ink upon the

Enclosure No: 3 to I.C.C. 1219.
